Our Synthetic Products provides flexibility to any research project. Purification of natural products are oftentimes cost prohibitive due to their low abundance. In addition, purification techniques can modify or adulterate the native molecule since many techniques may be required for isolation. CDI utilizes state of the art solid phase peptide synthesizers to produce appropriate levels of your peptide at an affordable cost. With SPPS, the primary structure can be modified or engineered to probe structure-function characteristics by selective modifications and/or mutations. Along with our Basic Services, CDI can offer high purity synthetics and analogs to complement any research project.
Small Organic Molecule Synthesis

Small Molecule Synthesis [BS-SYN-SOM]

Peptide Synthesis

Solid phase peptide synthesis is a well-established chemistry for producing synthetic peptides. There are two types of chemistry that are used during the synthesis. This method uses Fmoc chemistry to produce small peptide or protected fragments to assemble into small proteins.

NOTE: There is a large variety of modifications available for your peptide: non-standard amino acids, cyclization and modifications to the side chain, N -terminal & C-terminal. For a complete list of all modifications, please contact us. This service should be established prior to the commencement of processing.
Peptide Synthesis [BP-SPS-FMC]

Solid phase peptide synthesis is a well-established chemistry for producing synthetic peptides. There are two types of chemistry that are used during the synthesis. This method uses Boc chemistry to produce small peptides. This approach is used for producing hydrophobic peptides.
